How can we make tech conferences more diverse?
Abstract
Tech conferences have come a long way, but they still don’t fully represent the diversity of the world we live in. In this talk, I’ll share practical steps that conference organizers, speakers (new and seasoned), and attendees can take to create inclusive events where everyone feels welcome. Let’s explore how we can amplify diverse voices, break down barriers, and shape the kind of tech spaces where everyone belongs.
